Who processes payments?
ER API subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles global tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax), PCI compliance, and refund processing. Consulting engagements are NOT processed through Paddle — they are billed separately via direct invoice under signed Statements of Work.
